Selected recipes for brewing your own beer.

All grain Pale Ale:

7lbs Pale malt
¹/₂lb Crystal
4oz wheat malt
Mash at 65^oc for ages.

Boil with:
1¹/₂ oz Goldings hops

20 mins add ¹/₂ oz Progress
05 mins add ¹/₂ oz Goldings

Ferment at around 17^oc with any ale yeast, and bottle after 1 week.
